For people who provide training

Does your training hold up in real work?

Esito helps training providers, consultants and subject experts review, redesign and create learning around the decisions people need to make.

Services

Start where your training is now.

Two clear routes for people and small organisations who already deliver training or have the expertise to create it.

01 / You already have training

Review and redesign

Find out whether an existing course, workshop or programme supports the result and the actions that matter.

Review
A clear view of what works, what needs attention and the priorities for improvement.
Review with redesign
A restructured learning experience and agreed materials, when included in the project scope.
Discuss existing training
02 / You need new training

Design and development

Move from a genuine need, brief or body of expertise to a learning experience suited to the audience and context.

Diagnosis and planning
Clarify the problem, audience, outcome and direction when they are not yet defined.
Design with development
Design the experience and produce the agreed materials when the necessary inputs are available.

The format may be in person, blended or digital. Your subject expert provides and validates technical content; Esito takes responsibility for the learning design and materials agreed in scope.

How we think

Make the design decision visible.

An effective recommendation depends on the action, the barriers around it and the evidence available. Training is one possible part of the answer.

An illustrative example: handling complaints

The request

“Our team needs more training on complaints.”

The questions

Which decisions are difficult? When should a case be escalated? Do people lack knowledge, clear criteria, time or support?

A possible design

If learning is part of the need, practise recognising escalation signals in varied cases, give feedback on decisions and provide a usable reference at work.

This example illustrates a design decision. It is not a client case or a claim of measured results.

The Esito approach

From intention to application.

We begin with the intended result and the work people actually do. Only then do we decide what learning should contain and how to examine progress.

RESULT · ACTION · DIAGNOSE

Understand the need

Define the result, identify critical actions and investigate what is preventing them.

BUILD CAPABILITY

Design for decisions

Use essential knowledge, realistic practice, feedback and support to build capability that can travel beyond the course.

TRANSFER + PROVE

Plan for use

Consider opportunities to apply learning at work and evidence proportionate to the project.

Learning design can support better action. Behaviour and business outcomes also depend on conditions outside a training programme.

About Esito

Methodical thinking. Human learning.

A person needs more than an answer to repeat. They need to see what matters, understand why and adapt their judgement.

Esito was founded by Iana Accioly. Her background spans education, teacher development and educational materials, followed by specialist training in learning design. That perspective informs a documented design process grounded in real work and careful about claims of impact.

We work with clients and subject experts to make the learning clear, practical and responsible, while respecting the people and working conditions involved.
